Toril Moi (født 28. november 1953 i Farsund) er en norsk litteraturviter og professor. Moi innehar stillingen som James B. Duke Professor of Literature and Romance Studies ved Duke University i Nord-Carolina, USA.
Etter examen artium fra Bryne i 1971 avla hun en magistergrad i 1980. Moi ble i 1985 dr.art. i komparativ litteratur ved Universitetet i Bergen på avhandlingen Feminist literary criticism. Theory and practice som hun fik Meltzerprisen for året efter. Hun arbeidet som forskningsleder ved Senter for humanistisk kvinneforskning i tre år, før hun i 1989 ble professor i litteratur og romanske studier ved nevnte Duke University. Hun var professor II i litteraturvitenskap (Bergen) 1988–96. I 2006 ble hun innvalgt i Det Norske Videnskaps-Akademi.
Moi har særlig beskjeftiget seg med spørsmål der litteratur og filosofi overlapper hverandre, og har vært opptatt av feministisk teori og kvinnelige forfattere. Hun har skrevet en rekke bøker om feministisk litteraturteori. Moi har også skrevet bok om Henrik Ibsen.
I 2002 ble hun kreert til æresdoktor ved Norges teknisk-naturvitenskapelige universitet (NTNU). Moi satt i Holbergprisens fagkomité fra 2004 til 2009.
