Jeg likte nyttårsforsettet ditt :)
Jeg burde nok ha en leseutfordring som gikk ut på å lese alle uleste bøker i bokhyllen her hjemme, men jeg synes det er så spennende å følge ulike leseutfordringer. Det gir felleskap, og det gjør at jeg leser mer, for nå følger jeg med hva som rører seg i litteraturverden hele tiden.
Jeg henter inspirasjon fra ulike leseutfordringer, blant annet her inne. Jeg har en ide om å lese verden rundt. Jeg ønsker derfor i stor grad lese bøker fra andre verdensdeler, lese på engelsk og spansk, hente fra verdenslitteraturen og nobelprisvinnerne, m.m. Så i løpet av hvert så blir det lest litt av hvert.

Vil du si at Innsirkling 1 også er Multiple POV?

Boka inneholder noen av Poe's fantastiske noveller som "Sladrehjertet" (Tell-Tale-heart) og Huset Ushers fall m.flere som regnes for å være noe av det ypperste verdenslitteraturen kan by på. Boka inneholder også tekster som for meg var mindre interessante, men som nok har betydning for de ønsker et dypere bekjentskap med angstens forfatter, eller skrekkens mester som noen kaller ham.

Hører gjerne hva du synes om Peter James spøkelseshistorie :)
Veldig kjekt å få med seg hva andre finner til de ulike punktene.

Jeg begynner med denne for den har jeg kjøpt inn til skolebibliotektet. Vil gjerne ha lest den først for jeg har planer om å bruke den i undervisningssammenheng.

Dette er en ungdomsbok som jeg tenker kan være en ide å introdusere til de elevene som leser engelsk selv. Da kan det være lurt å ha lest de selv.

Her har jeg valt Robert Galbraith: Silkeormen.
Jeg liker J.K.Rowling sine bøker (alias Robert Galbraith). Leste den første i fjor. Har tenkt å få plassert hele serien i år.

Bokvalg: Roald Dahl: The Wonderful Story of Henry Sugar and Six More

Her har jeg valgt en lydbok til å høre på bussen. Jeg har en plan med å lese alle Roald Dahl sine bøker på engelsk, både fordi de kan være gode begynnerbøker å lese på engelsk for de elevene som har lyst til å begynne å lese selv, og å lese for min datter som liker å prøve seg litt med engelsk.

Jeg gleder meg til å ta fatt på denne på nyåret. Jeg har hørt at den minner om Peter May sin triologi fra Hebridene. Den serien likte jeg svært godt, så jeg ønsker å bli kjent med William Shaws bøker også.

Da er det juleferie og adventstida på skolen har gått med til å lese "Snøsøsteren" for elevene på 8.trinn. De aller fleste har gitt inntrykk av at dette var bra. Les mer, les mer, var spørsmålet etter at et kapitel ble lest. De hadde gode refleksjoner når historien var lest. Boka var både trist og fin, synes de. De tenkte på de som hadde opplevd å miste noen de har kjær. Jeg kjente at enkelte avsnitt var tøffe å lese med klump i halsen. En fin advent med tid til å snakke om følelser.

Victoria er en fin roman. Du skriver nasjonalromantikken, men du mener kanskje nyromantikken som Hamsun anses for å introdusere med sine tanker om det ubevisste sjeleliv. Andre mener han var Norges første modernist pga av hans skrivestil i Sult.
Romanen Victoria regnes som en nyromantisk tekst. Nyromantikken oppsto i Norge på 1890-tallet som en reaksjon på realismens samfunnskritiske tekster (Ibsen), og var inspirert av romantikken.

This book is full of adventures

The Triwizard Tournament is to be held at Hogwarts. Only wizards who are over seventeen are allowed to enter - but that doesn't stop Harry dreaming that he will win the competition.
