En tøff dag er en bok skrevet av Mark Owen. Den handler om han sitt liv helt fra første intak til spesialstyrkene i Usa. Til når han var med på opprasjonen som drepte Bin Laden.
Owen vokste opp i Alaska med foreldrene sine som ikke akkurat var veldig gira på at han skulle bli med i millitæret.
Boka gir et greit inntrykk om hvordan det er og hvordan de jobber i spesialstyrkene i USA.
