I Trondheim og Steinkjer i helgen,men har med meg Reisen til Al-Andalus av Per Erik Borge.Roman om prinsesse Kristina av Tunsberg som dro til Spania for å giftes.Ellers har jeg lest mye fra eget boklager i det siste og trives med det. Nå regner det mye her i kveld,så nå blir det lesing på hotellrommet.
God lesehelg til alle bokelskere.
I forbindelse med pridemonth skal jeg lese et par bøker med LGBTQ-karakterer og først ut er "Håkon" av Åsmund H Eikenes som blant annet handler om kjærlighet og sex men kanskje aller mest om dysfunksjonelle forhold og vold i nære relasjoner!

Sally Rooney er en ung forfatter som allerede berømmes hun for sin måte å skrive gode romaner på, dialogene hun får frem og som driver romanene hennes. Både Jane Austen og J.D.Salinger nevnes når noen skal sammeligne henne med noen.
Debutromanen hennes som har fått tittelen Samtaler med venner på norsk gir oss et skarpt portrett av en ung kvinne som har et mildt sagt plaget sinn. Begge bøkene hennes anbefales på det aller sterkeste og det skulle ikke forundre meg om en av bøkene hennes ble en klassiker en dag!

I de tre romanene jeg har lest av Victoria Durnak har hun skrevet om menneskelige relasjoner og gjerne om folk som på en eller annen måte "sliter" litt mer tilhørighet på ulike vis. Det gjør hun denne gangen også, men hun er noe mer leken i denne nye romanen og har blandet inn litt spionasje. Både denne og andre romaner av forfatteren anbefales!

Noen ganger er jeg ikke engang sikker på om det jeg husker fra vårt forhold stemmer, eller hvorvidt min oppfatning er farget av tid og avstand. Jeg vet ikke engang om det er mulig å si at det eksisterer en sannhet om et forhold, eller om det bare finnes ulike versjoner av sannheten,formet av kjærlighet og redsel og de løgnene vi forteller oss selv og andre.

Jeg vet at på Facebook er det glansbildeversjonen vi viser fram, en redigert og stylet utgave av livet.
Det merkes godt at Per Schreiner har skrevet mye for film og tv for det er detaljrike bøker han skriver og han beveger seg som oftest borte i det absurde, og når man kan skrive en samtidsroman ispedd noe overnaturlig og det blir gjort på en så glimrende måte som det her er gjort så er det intet mindre enn imponerende! Både denne og de andre bøkene hans anbefales på det aller sterkeste!
