As to the rights of Jacob Dybwads Forlag, I suggest you contact The Norwegian Publishing Association (Den norske forleggerforening). They may be able to help you.
Jacob Dybwads Forlag is an old publisher and as far as I can see, they do not exist. About copyrights, I do not know, but it looks like their books are not published anymore. Some of them you can find in second-hand bookshops online.
