Omtale fra Den Norske Bokdatabasen
Scandinavia and Norway have played a particular role in international work life research as a kind of real-life utopia. The basis of this view is the impression that Scnadinavian and Norwegian industrial relations is more heavily influenced by democratic ideas of worker's participation in decisionmaking than elsewhere. This collection of papers aims to rectify this impression. It represents an analysis of technology and work by leading Norwegian scholars in the field.
