A Japanese-American naval academy graduate kills the submarine's crew. Then commandeers the America Navy’s most powerful nuclear submarine The USS Hercules and brings it to the aid of Japan. The US Navy must recovery its nuclear submarine before it causes a nuclear war. But they don’t know who has commandeered “The Hercules” or where is it.

China’s Prime Minister is determined that China’s should be respected. Because its economy is almost the world’s largest, it’s the most populous country in the world. Their army is the world’s largest, its Air Force is very capable and its Navy is growing every year. China now demands respect and sovereign over the East China Sea and the South China Sea.

China’s Three Gorges Dam is destroyed and China seeks revenge. Toyko is set afire and nuclear missiles fly. A Chinese businessman launches a risky conspiracy to halt events before they tumble out of control and China travels a path of destruction, a route it has taken so many in the past.
