The 80 species of terebellomorph polychaetes (families Pectinariidae, Ampharetidae, Terebellidae and Trichobranchidae) distributed in North-East Atlantic waters are treated monogrpahically inthis paper, mainly based on a revision of Norwegian collections. Adult stages only are described. There are keys and descriptions of the taxa, with figures and distribution maps of each species. Type localities and deposition of types are given as far as known. A short discusstion of the zoogeography of the order Terebellomorpha in the area is given.
