Både bandmedlemmer, managere, groupier, og journalister gir stemme til historien om det fiktive bandet «The Six». Bandet ledes av Billy, og han er ikke alltid så lett og hanskes med. I tillegg blir kjæresten gravid, og det passer ikke helt inn i turnélivet til Billy.
Daisy har søkkrike foreldre som driter i hva hun bruker tiden sin på. Hun vaker rundt i musikkmiljøet, og stemmen hennes vekker oppsikt hvor enn hun går.
Etterhvert blir Daisy presentert for «The Six», og magi oppstår. Dette er historien om hvorfor de ga seg da de var på toppen av karrieren.
Kul og annerledes historie, som virker veldig autentisk om livet som rockestjerne på 70-tallet. Allikevel synes jeg den ble for repetetiv, og dermed kjedelig og forutsigbar.

I don't believe in soul mates anymore and I'm not looking for anything. But if I did believe in them, I'd believe your soul mate was somebody who had all the things you didn't, that needed all the things you had. Not somebody who's suffering from the same stuff you are.
